A 7-Minute Morning Meditation for Self-Love

Sit comfortably, place a rose quartz over your heart, and close your eyes. Take three deep breaths.
Bring to mind a moment when you felt deeply loved — by a person, a pet, or even a place. Let the feeling fill your chest.
Now turn that same warmth toward yourself. Silently say: 'I am safe. I am loved. I am whole.'
Notice resistance without judgment. The work is not to feel it perfectly — it's to keep returning.
Open your eyes. Carry this softness into your morning.
