A Gentle 7-Day Natural Detox for Energy and Clarity

Your body detoxifies every second of every day — that's what your liver, kidneys, lymph, lungs, and skin are doing right now. A good detox isn't about forcing anything out. It's about removing the burden so those systems can do their job.

This 7-day protocol is gentle, food-based, and safe for most healthy adults. Skip it if you're pregnant, nursing, on medication, or managing a chronic condition without your doctor's input.

DAILY FOUNDATIONS (every day) — A gallon of spring water. Ten minutes of morning sunlight. A 20-minute walk. Eight hours of sleep. No alcohol. No processed sugar. No fried food. These six habits do 80% of the work.

DAY 1 — Start with warm lemon water. Eat only whole, plant-based meals: smoothies, salads, soups, roasted vegetables, fruit. Add a cup of dandelion root tea after lunch.
